Reporting
Trustees take notice of reports when considering re-applications.
Please:
:: take note of the date we request a report by and submit it on time; also take note of the calendar of our trustee meetings if you have a particular deadline for a decision.
:: include financial information covering actual expenses against the budget you gave at the time of your original application.
:: send a short explanatory narrative.
:: send your annual report and accounts immediately they are published. This should be no more than 6 months after your year end.
:: take particular note of any special request we have made for information to be included.
Please don't:
:: send photos.
:: send extraneous information.
Remember, we like to build a relationship and clear, concise information helps this greatly.
